I’m ready to give my entire real estate website a fresh start. The objective is clear: transform the current site into a modern and minimalistic experience that mirrors the professionalism of our brand while remaining fast, intuitive, and fully responsive.
Core structure
The new build will revolve around a streamlined Home page plus three essential sections—About Us, Services, and Contact Us. I already have draft copy and brand guidelines; your job is to craft a clean visual language (typography, colour palette, iconography) and develop a user-friendly layout that works flawlessly on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Scope of work
• Produce high-fidelity page designs reflecting a modern, minimalistic aesthetic.
• Code the approved designs into a fully responsive site on a mainstream, maintainable platform (WordPress, Webflow, or another CMS you recommend).
• Optimise load speed, accessibility, and basic on-page SEO.
• Hand over source files and a short maintenance guide so my team can make future updates with ease.
