Real Estate Sign Boards

I need someone to add to my existing webpage a login section for real estate companies to login and create their own sign board for us to print and install. We would have a template for their business they just need to add the pictures and text. they would also need to be able to select what agent image they want on the sign board in their chosen size. They need the ability to preview the sign as a jpeg image online to see what the finished product would look like prior to approval
