Reactivate and settings in Google Merchant Center, develop Shopify product feed

I am in need of a freelancer to help me reactivate and configure my existing Google Merchant Center account. Additionally, I am looking for assistance in developing a Shopify product feed to upload my inventory into the Merchant Center.

Working to have Google Merchant Center re-instated after being suspended for feed quality issues. We have fixed a number of pages on our site and pricing related issues. The biggest problem now is trying to set up shipping cost in Google Merchant Center. We use Calcurates app to calculate shipping cost for the Shopify cart. It calculates cost based on continental USA residential vs commercial address and third for Canada. Each product has different ways to calculate that is typically a one time price per order plus a price per item. Different variations of our products are tagged with different shipping pricing. Our shipping is more costly and complicated than most other stores because of our heavy and long items are costly to ship and sometimes ship by freight. Need a developer that can fix a few items on website in Shopify and setup feed to Google to where it is working all the time. Want to get free google shopping working and ads. Time is of the essence because we noticed a big hit in sales when this happened.
