ReactJS UI Design

I need a ReactJS developer to create a user interface based on my existing website template. The project involves:

- Designing two pages:
- Homepage for customers
- Admin page (including login page and post-login buttons/features)

Requirements:
- 100% identical to original design for both mobile and PC
- Use of Material-UI is preferred
- I can provide screenshots; no design creation needed

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in ReactJS and Material-UI
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in building responsive UIs
