React Native Web (Expo) Frontend Developer - cross platform app

I'm looking for an experienced React Native Web developer to help build an EdTech platform frontend to work with a backend based on Node, Express, Mongo
Ideal Skills:

- Strong UI/UX design skills
- Experienced with API integration
- Fast turnaround
- Familiarity with OpenAPI documentation
We will build one page first. If the developer is able to do it properly then only I will award the project. Speed is crucial
I want a clean UI with complete functionality firstm beautification is not important in first phase. But speed is very important. We will have app screens for some user types. Then admin like dashboards for other users.
There are going to be 5 main user types. Admin panels, app screens etc.
