Hello, I need to rebuild a basic website that I currently made, but not completed. Basic specs are:

- 4 pages - Home, Services, About, Contact
- With graphics and writing
- computer and mobile phone friendly
- Want it simple so that I can modify myself as changes happen
- Be creative in new design
- Secure the website from external hacking
