Quick and dedicated wordpress expert needed - long term

I'm working on multiple sites but don't have time to manage develop them as I'm busy with too many things, so I'm looking for a quick, smart and efficient wordpress developer to help me out, research best low cost plugings, set them up correctly, and general theme / design and layout setup.

For exm, one project is a news aggregator website. need to find the right rss fetcher plugin, as well as directing titles to original source link, and set up theme layout and design as will be discussed.
