Quick-Commerce Startup MVP Development
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Project Title:
Build a Lean MVP for a 15-Min Grocery Delivery Startup – Signup, Product Listing, Cart, WhatsApp Order Flow
Project Goal:
We’re building a UK-based quick-commerce startup offering 15-minute grocery delivery with a zone-based model using local supermarkets.
This MVP is not for testing ideas — it's to show real traction to early investors. So the flow must be clean, clear, and frictionless. We want to receive complete user orders on WhatsApp, including cart details and product images, and store customer data for future retargeting.
User Flow (You Must Build This):
User lands on homepage
Sees brand + short tagline: “Products delivered in 15 minutes”
Clicks Start Order
User signs up / logs in
Name, email, phone number, password (Firebase or simple backend)
Stored securely for future logins
User browses products
Static catalog: 50–100 essential grocery items
Each item: image, name, price, “Add to Cart”
Optional: filters like "Popular", "Essentials", "Fresh", etc.
User adds items to cart
Quantity control + real-time total
Cart page shows product list with images, prices, subtotal
User enters delivery details
Address, postcode (optional: notes)
User clicks “Checkout”
A pre-filled WhatsApp message is generated & sent to my number
Message contains:
Customer name, number, address
List of products (name, quantity, price)
Either image links or a collage preview
Key Functional Requirements:
✅ Signup/Login System
Firebase Auth or secure backend auth
Save user info for reuse
✅ Product Catalog (Static for Now)
50–100 grocery items
Show image, price, short name
Editable via CSV, Google Sheet, or basic admin if possible
✅ Cart + Checkout
Cart should allow add/remove/change qty
Show total amount
On checkout, send data to WhatsApp
✅ WhatsApp Integration
Format message cleanly (see example below)
Include images (can be links or automated collage)
Example WhatsApp Message:
