Property Rental Marketplace App Development

I am looking for a freelancer (or a team) to design and develop a mobile app (iOS + Android) and a website for a no-letting-agent property rental marketplace.
The platform will allow landlords to post properties and tenants to search, chat, verify documents, and book/view properties — all without traditional letting agents.

Key Features Needed:

Splash screen, login/signup

Home screen: Rent/Buy options + Post Ad button

Property search, listing, detail pages

Landlord Dashboard (manage listings/bookings/messages)

Tenant Dashboard (saved properties/bookings/messages)

Chat/messaging system

Document verification for both landlords and tenants (Photo ID + Address Proof uploads)

Admin panel (basic, for user/property management)
