Project build a website that providing backup cloud object storage connect with third party datacenter providers

I got a big project that I want to do that is backup data into the cloud like cloud object storage, and it can connect to datacenter provider like Amazon, Google Cloud, or a large-scale data storage server with large capacity hard drive
The project will involve connecting to 1 or 2 region data storage provider cloud object storage from google or Amazon S3 Bucket object storage.
the main things are doing a backup of data personal PC or storing an archive big file of storage, I want the object cloud storage using an API system like Acc ID Key ID App Key
the main reason I'm doing this becos I want to start a company that provides backup cloud storage like websites Backblaze, google cloud, amazon s3 bucket
I want it to have API documentation on how to connect from certain languages.
The easy way for me to understand you I want to have a similar website like Backblaze doing cheap backup cloud storage.
