Project Spreadsheet

Project list, with various dependencies, which shows whether a project has been started, is being worked on or finished. During a project, you have various activities with tasks and people responsible for the individual task with a deadline. The person responsible must be linked by e-mail and receive notifications when they are assigned to a task and notification of the deadline if the task is not completed. I am attaching a sketch showing the approximate intended layout.
