Secure Message for organizations is an internal service.

When a MEM sends a SM to a non employee.
The SM is sent to a separate secure table.
The Recipient is sent a Text Notification about the SM.
The log in for this site is the Recipient’s email adders.
The PW is the verification code.
We need a way to change the password.
A VIDOTN SM pair is sent to the Sender and the Recipient.
Both parties must verify their identity to each other for the Recipient to become a Contact.
Contacts can send and receive Secure Message with this Merchant.
The Administrator is advised about all Contacts.
The original Sender creates profile of the Sender for internal use.
Contact First Name Last Name, Position, organization.
Emailaddress, Cell Phone, Cell Provider
Reason for contact status.
Can mark confidential so only the Administrator and original Sender can use.
The Contact logs on to WebPicID.
They click a link of Contacts
They will see a list of organizations that they are listed as a contact.
It advises the Recipient that they have a Secure Message from sender of XYZ corp.
The recipient is advised that they have an SM from a WebPicID Merchant.
They are asked to respond to the VIDOTN to be added to Merchant external Contact list.
The Sender receives the other VIDOTN.
The Sender and Recipient both need to verify their Identity to become a Merchant Contact.
We need to be able to allow the Contact to designate a replacement or alternative email address.
On the Merchant site the contact is visiting that can name an alternate contact.
This sends a VIDOTN to the Administrator of the Merchant and the new Contact.
If they do not respond:
The onus is on the Sender to contact them by email, phone, or some other way.
