Project Portfolio & Tech Vendor Review Website

I'm looking for a web developer who can help create a project portfolio website with specific features. The main purpose of the site is to showcase my project portfolio, particularly customer case studies and the products I have built. As well as creating a portal where users can rank and review different technical providers (Vendors). Ultimately, a platform where customers can view my products and services but also compare, review and chat with different tech vendors they have worked with in the technology sector.
Objectives:
- Develop a cool, futuristic, professional and user-friendly website design
- Implement portfolio showcase functionality to display past projects (Case Studies) and four existing Python models (Products).
- Integrate consultancy service offerings and booking capabilities. No payment system required.
- The website should present customer information in a membership portal back to the end user alongside any associated user documentation and user history.
- The website must have a technology vendor community outreach centre where customers can review, rate, and chat with technology suppliers they have worked with in the past/or want to work with in the future.
