Project Manager for website and social engineer

Hello,

I'm looking for a PM that can assist me with launching an informational site initially, but then there is another aspect to it that would lend itself to a social platform.

The first piece needs to happen quickly so the person i hire must:
Be able to assess what I currently have
Understand what I'm attempting to do (the purpose of the site)
Create a plan of pages needed to launch
Bug me to get the content to you to get to launch

Hopefully you work with a design team and developers to get the pages completed

Once this piece is launched and getting some visitors we need to move to the social aspects of it. I have a ton of ideas on how to get to launch but need someone who understand social platforms and how to facilitate launch and find the interest.

I can provide the website once we have chatted and once I DO NOT GET SOME CANNED response from you. All GENERIC responses will be deleted.
