We are creating a large-scale, online variety dropshipping store, and we’re looking for a passionate, skilled, and motivated individual based in NSW to take the reins as Project Manager and Team Leader. What You’ll Do
• Build and Lead the Team: Assemble and coordinate an (online) team of skilled professionals to develop and launch our online dropshipping store.
• Project Management: Supervise, manage, and oversee the project’s progress, ensuring that timelines, goals, and quality standards are met.
• Technical Expertise: Use your knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, and eCommerce to guide the technical aspects of the store’s development.
• Dropshipping Integration: Leverage tools like Ali2Woo and other mass product importation services to populate the store with a variety of products efficiently and effectively.
• Plugin Management: Recommend and implement the best WordPress/WooCommerce plugins to enhance store functionality and performance.
• Problem-Solving and Innovation: Address challenges head-on and contribute creative solutions to make the store stand out in a competitive market.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in eCommerce and Dropshipping: A strong background in managing or developing eCommerce platforms, preferably with experience in dropshipping.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in WordPress, WooCommerce, and mass product importation tools (e.g., Ali2Woo or similar). Knowledge of relevant plugins is highly desirable.
• Leadership and Team Management: The ability to build, inspire, and lead a team to achieve ambitious goals.
• Project Management Skills: A track record of successfully managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.
• Adaptability and Drive: A willingness to go above and beyond to make this project a success.
• Location: Must be based in NSW, with the ability to attend occasional in-person meetings.
