Project Description – Sports For Toddlers Website & Member Platform

, we are looking for an experienced web developer or web agency to redesign our website and develop a fully functional member platform (back-end system).
Project Goal
The goal of this project is to create a secure, user-friendly online platform where everyone involved in the Sports For Toddlers program can create a personal account. Through this account, parents or guardians must be able to register participants, manage memberships, and complete online payments.
Current Status
A website and initial platform setup already exist
The project was not completed or implemented
We are therefore looking for a professional who can take over, restructure, and fully deliver this platform

Website (Front-End)
Complete redesign of the existing website
Modern, child-friendly, and professional look & feel
Fully responsive (mobile-first)
Clear navigation for parents and guardians
Multilingual support (optional: English / Dutch / Papiamento)
Member Platform (Back-End / Portal)
User Accounts
One primary parent/guardian account per child
Option to add a second parent/guardian with access to the same child profile
Secure login and password recovery
Parent/guardian profile management
Child profile management (name, age group, program category)
Membership & Registration
Online registration for programs and periods
Membership management linked to the child profile
Overview of:
Active memberships
Past and current registrations
Payment status
Automatic email confirmations for registrations and payments
Payments
Integration with Sentoo as the primary payment provider
Online payments for:
Membership fees
Program registrations
Payment confirmation visible in the user account
Basic payment history and receipts
Admin / Management Dashboard
Admin access for program management only
Overview of:

Parent/guardian accounts

Ability to manage memberships and registration periods
Export functionality (e.g. Excel / CSV)
No complex role hierarchy required (single admin level is sufficient)
Developer / Agency Expectations
Proven experience with membership platforms and payment integrations
Experience with Sentoo integration is a strong advantage
Ability to advise on platform structure and user experience
Delivery of a secure, scalable, and stable system
