Job Responsibilities:
1. Frontend design needs to change. I will provide a frontend theme.
2. Need to change dashboard design for users. And the color should match the frontend page. I will provide a user theme.
3. And some functions need to be added for users. And those functions should also be available to admins.
Remember, No need to change the theme and function of the admin page.
