Product Catalog Site

I am in need of a website that showcases all of our products in a catalog format. That comes with an admin dashboard that allows you to add new products with images, descriptions of the product and prices. Along with the ability to create users and deleting them too. The landing page will be super simple, the companies name, View all products, and then under that a list of all the brands we carry and a search bar at the top of the page. I would also like the site to have a user login and a feature that restricts certain users from seeing certain products. I want an add to cart feature but no checkout process, they will have to email us in order to purchase, but I would like them to be able to add products to a cart to see how much the total will be. Maybe let them export the cart to an excel sheet so they can email me their products they are interested in. The site should be made in a way where adding new features in the future will be easier for future development.
