PowerApps Portal

Hi. We have a basic portal website that is based on an MS PowerApps model-driven app working off standard and custom tables. The portal needs work to make it a more streamlined and user-friendly website, including adding a map linked to data in custom tables, etc. This work appears to require a PowerApps expert who also does web development/user interface work.
