Portfolio Webpage Development

I'm in need of a professional web developer to create a one-homepage for showcasing my business divisions and products. The webpage should include:

- Contact Form: A simple, user-friendly contact form is necessary for potential clients to reach out.
- Business divisions: Each division should have a clear, concise description accompanying it.

Ideal skills for this project include web development and flash images.... Please provide examples of your previous portfolio web pages.
