Polish Figma designs for B2B SaaS

I've been working on an idea for a B2B SaaS web app which will mostly be used on desktop computers. The problem is that I'm not very good with Figma so I need someone to try and make it look better.
Initially I will be hiring a number of people to give a small number of screens a redesign. Details won't be too detailed; I'd just like to see how you would approach different design elements. There are a lot of input areas, charts/graphs and tables of data. The person I find best to work with, I will offer to redesign all screens with more detail and a far more detailed brief will be provided.
Ideally the successful freelancer will be able to jump on calls with someone on the east coast of Australia should they be successful. Not entirely needed but would be good as an option. I will require a non-disclosure agreement to be signed if it progresses to that stage.
