Plumbing service manager software

I am a plumber looking to get our office transitioned to paperless for obvious reasons. I need a schedule builder in the form of an "in-house" app/website to provide access for management in the office and techs in the field from their phones and computers to manage scheduling and job completion on a monthly basis, broken down to a weekly and daily schedule. It should provide techs and management alike with individual work orders for each customer to include: customer name, customer info (address, phone number(s)), Job category(stop-up, leak, rough in, etc.) and job-specific notes. It would also be quite helpful to have a button that reads incomplete/call back, tech on site, or complete based on the job's progress. All jobs that are marked complete should then be transferred to an archive page to be accessible for call backs, research, etc.

Being a small plumbing shop with only 2-3 techs and 1-2 office personnel, this project is not in a rush. It does not need to be over complicated. Black text inside some boxes on a white background. I'd prefer to speak on zoom or something so we can be sure we're on the same page with some of the design aspects. But besides that I leave it to the dev to give me something functional, easy to use and time saving for our techs and office.
