Are seeking an experienced freelancer to develop comprehensive CRM workflows, proposal templates, and various marketing documentation to optimize our client management and project execution processes.
Project Scope:

Develop detailed CRM workflows for both client-level and staff-level interactions.
Include stages such as lead management, client onboarding, project management, and post-project support.
Proposal Templates:
Create customizable proposal templates for various services offered by our agency.
Templates should include service breakdown, timelines, pricing, terms, and conditions.
Record Keeping and Query Creation:
Design a system for efficient record-keeping of client details, project information, and communication logs.
Create queries and predefined answers to common client inquiries and requests.
Invoice Proforma and Payment Notes:
Develop a standardized invoice proforma template.
Include payment notes for clear communication of payment terms and instructions.
Facebook & Google Ads Checklist:
Create checklist formats for launching and managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
Include pre-launch, monitoring, and optimization checkpoints.
Customer Work Details Sheet:
Design a comprehensive sheet to capture and document customer project details.
Include sections for project specifications, milestones, deliverables, and client approvals.
Document Designs and Formats:
Ensure all documents are designed professionally and reflect our brand identity.
Templates should be provided in editable formats such as Word, Excel, or PDF for ease of use and customization. Include clear instructions and guidelines on how to modify and implement each template effectively.
Deliverables:
Detailed documentation and workflows in digital format (editable).
Customizable templates designed to enhance operational efficiency and client communication.
A cohesive design approach that aligns with our brand aesthetic and industry standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in CRM development, proposal writing, and document design.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional workflows and visually appealing templates.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Compensation:
Our budget for this project is Rs. 1000 Only.
Payment will be compensated in terms of a 5-star review upon successful completion and delivery of all agreed-upon deliverables.
