Pixel Website for dicks

I’m looking for a developer that is able to set up a website that allows customers to buy pixels that form as a emoji dick. As a fun project. The website should modern. The more someone buys pixels the bigger the dick is :D overlaps of dicks are not allowed and the shop closes when the entire screen is made of dicks. If you click on the dick you are forwarded to their website, which they can put their name in.

Anyone in here that can do it?
