Pixel Perfect HTML Developer need! -- 2

I have a few psd design file to build responsive page with pixel perfect. Due to the lack of people with skills I have to request a test. If you don’t want to take the test, then show me your best work and make sure you can prove you did it. if you cannot prove your skills then you must take this test. Otherwise u won’t get hired.

I will be measuring Time, Skills, and DIRECTIONS. It’s really important that this site looks exactly like the design. This should take you about 4 hours at the most.
