Personal Development Website with Custom Data Analytics and Report Generation

The business: The basic premise of the business is to facilitate assessments for personal development, similar to a 360 degree feedback tool.
How it works at a high level: The customer would create an account, make a payment, enter the email addresses of between 6 and 30 colleagues and the colleagues would each be sent a link to an online survey that they would respond to. The survey would have approximately 60 questions with a numerical scale between 0-5 for the response. There would also be some free text comment fields. All answers would be stored in a database and the information used to generate a custom feedback report for the customer. The report would be generated by analyzing the numerical responses and creating charts and a write-up based on logic from that analysis

- Report viewable online and downloadable to pdf

- Two-factor authentication
- Database with capacity for up to 1,800 datapoints per customer
- Mobile friendly
- Scalable for future additions of assessments
- Scalable to other geographic regions and languages
- Available for individual purchase as well as purchasing for a team as well as organizations purchasing for multiple teams within their business.
- User portal to see progress of raters and for team leaders and organizational leaders to see progress and reports of their team
- ADA compliance
- Australian and United States versions of the site (spelling differences, payment currency)
- Survey questions would be fixed but should be version controlled in-case changes are needed in the future
