Personal Brand Website Design & Development

I am looking for a skilled web designer and developer to create an informative website for me & my businesses. The primary audience for this site is the general public. I work with business owners, the public, & network with many different people! I need something clean & classy yet fun just not super boring or plain! I am in Real Estate, Finance & Consulting so I need each of those, then an about me page as well as a contact form. It needs to be "high functioning" please I need to have pdfs or document(s) that can be downloaded like a budget sheet, etc.. I have built some simple websites myself & used GoDaddy but I am not skilled in web design with all the buttons so I need your help!
