Partnership Proposal for Social Media Ads Manager (incl. ad content creation) / Website Design

I am in the midst of starting my social media marketing agency and am looking for a handful of trustworthy, reliable and skillful freelancers with skills pertaining to those mentioned in the project title. As I begin to get more clients I am unable to handle them personally and need additional skilled freelancers to take on some of the workload. Clients are all small-to-medium sized businesses. We aim to help them with building their online presence if not already active, and propelling their online sales/ leads and exposure.
