Part-Time WordPress Client Support & Design Specialist (Healthcare Websites)
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
5–10 hours/week • Potential to grow to full-time
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented WordPress specialist to support our rapidly growing customer base of medical providers across the U.S. You’ll join us for customer demo calls, help guide design sessions, make website edits, and manage ongoing client communication.
As our business continues to scale quickly, this role has strong potential to grow into a full-time position for the right person.
What You’ll Do
Join customer demos and design calls to help shape new WordPress websites
Make design updates, content edits, and site improvements
Send and manage email communications with clients
Provide responsive, friendly support and ensure customers feel taken care of
Assist with light technical tasks as needed (pages, forms, minor troubleshooting)
Strong WordPress experience (themes, page builders, plugins)
Good communication skills and ability to speak professionally with clients
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently
Availability for 5–10 hours per week, with flexibility as workload grows
Fast-growing company with 30+ active medical clients in 4 months and expanding quickly. Goal is 250 by end of 2027
