Part-Time Virtual Assistant Needed

Hiring Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Social Media, Lead Gen & WordPress Website Management) – Personal & Real Estate Branding

We are looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage both personal and business social media accounts, assist with content creation, generate leads, and maintain a simple WordPress website landing page for a luxury real estate brand.

Responsibilities:

✅ Manage and schedule posts on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Telegram (both personal & business accounts)
✅ Create basic graphics, Reels, and short-form videos using Canva
✅ Engage with followers, respond to DMs, and interact with potential leads on LinkedIn & Telegram
✅ Assist with community engagement and grow audience interaction
✅ Organize a content calendar and track social media performance
✅ Maintain a simple WordPress website landing page – update content, make minor design changes, and ensure basic site functionality
✅ Research and suggest content ideas to enhance brand positioning

Requirements:

✔ Experience managing personal branding & business social media accounts
✔ Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn & Telegram algorithms
✔ Basic Canva design & video editing skills
✔ Good English communication & engagement skills
✔ Basic familiarity with WordPress for landing page updates and maintenance
✔ Experience in real estate, branding, or lead generation (preferred)
✔ Available 10–15 hours per week
