I need an experienced developer to convert a business service-based Adobe PSD into a functional webpage. The page doesn't have to be connected to database or other pages, working links, etc. Just need the design to be converted from PSD into code. Sliders, drop downs, etc will need to work but do not need to link to anything. 5 pages.
Key Requirements:
