PHP - watch trading platform

Goals:
Creating a platform to trade (or just buy) luxury watches for private traders and professional traders to buy and sell luxury watches online by using an offer and bid system. When a watch is sold it don’t necessarily has to go to the customer physically, it will be virtually on the platform and can be shipped to the customer whenever he requests it. The watch will physically sit in a bank depot by the company. The idea is that people can buy and sell watches like on an online marked. A watch can go several times from one client to another due to the virtual buy / sell system. A watch can be kept virtually for years for investment purpose.
The design should be similar to scalable.capital
The system / platform structure should be similar to chrono24.ch / chronext.ch
Important project boundaries:
• Coding in PHP o Question: Is a webhost like Hostinger / bluehost / IONOS possible or do we need a windows server?

• Term of delivery = 3 – 6 months with intensive testing / proper look
• Designer necessary (design is a huge part of the project, the most effort should be given for the UI / UX). The website is only in german language (for start).
• Fixed price with some “extra space” included, for working agile (changing of layout / design in early status need to be possible, we will try to get feedback as soon as possible to go the right direction, smaller / medium unwritten requirements should be possible, basic unwritten requirement, quality of the website needs to be high…) o Please tell me how much effort in hours you approximately expect and the full fixed price of it?
• Due to legal requirements, traceability is an important part, all changes needs to get tracked and historized, who (client / admin) did when (date & time), what (value old, value new). Data should not get deleted, especially not data of the watch or client.
