I am looking for a web application for a certification awarding body. the sequence of the application will be like this .
awarding body will have a website and will offer differnt certification (like any technical Board) .
differnt training center will get approval from this body to offer its courses at thier places and get certification from this body .
so first they will register with this body through a form> this body will accept or reject the approval> if the body approved the training center will get a panel >> from this panel they can book a course notification that they are going to conduct a course> after approval they will conduct the course at their place and will upload hte student data to the panel >> after approval they will get PDf certificate of uploaded data.
this is somehow the basic idea.
so in short his is the concise details.

1-Center Registration form
2- After the center will get a panel, the panel will have the following facilities.
• Approved courses list
• Course booking
• Student data submission
• Pdf certificate download for approved candidates.
The awarding body will have the following option in the panel
• They will get the center application in the panel
• Will approve or reject the application or comment/ require additional information.
• Approve the list of courses for the center to offer
• Will have a list of approved bodies
• Will get a course notification from the center
• Will issue quotation/invoice for that course as per the number of candidates
• Issue pdf certificate will be shown in the center panel.
• Keep all the records
