UI Overhaul for Raw PHP Application

I am looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to retouch the User Interface of my raw PHP app. The main areas that need improvement include:
- Layout and structure: The app's layout needs to be reorganized for improved usability and visual appeal.

- Consistency: Ensuring uniformity across all pages is crucial.
