Outline Booking platform rental properties

We need a platform similar to the website www.housinganywhere.com.
This is a rental marketplace where landlords and tenants can post their houses/rooms or search for houses/rooms.
Through the platform we are going to create the tenants can book there room/house entirely online. So no physical viewing.
The landlords need to post videos and photos of the house/room and all details of the house. The landlord also have set up the requirements of tenant they
are looking for in terms of for example their salary. The tenants need to upload al asked information like student subscription, salary slip, employment check
and ID card. The booking of the house will be automatically with a macro contract.
For the time being the website online will be for the Dutch market.

We need:
- indication of the development costs
- indication of the monthly maintenance costs are developing
- indication of monthly operation costs like hosting, server, SQL cloud database
