Our new e-commerce -- 2

Hi everyone!
We're looking for an expert for our new ecommerce.
This website must necessary have these characteristics:
- a responsive design for every smartphone and tablet (iOs, android, etc)
- a desktop version
- an easly editable design by us (change banner, add new products, change photos, etc)
- clean and very elegant graphics and design (like our actual ecommerce)
- possibility to choose language (english and italian)
- disclaimer to verify age
- possibility to have a newsletter form
- possibility to have whatsapp link form
- possibility to create a coupon and sale code (for admin) to use in a user panel at the end of order
- a perfect SEO base to get the best google indexing
- an simple user panel to control order, details, wishlist etc
- possibility to put your email on every product prage when this is not available
- an admin panel to control visitors and users, control every order, add/remove easly every stuff (with name, description, photos etc)
- an active shipping cart with nexi plugin

We already have an e-commerce (so all images, graphics, texts, products, logo, etc already exist) at the moment and we woul have a sort of "copy" of this but on wordpress.
