I'm looking for a professional with a keen eye for design and proficient experience with Opencart. What I need is a design update on my current site, including a proto-typical layout revamp, an update to the header and changing the address.
The ideal candidate for this role should:

- Have solid experience in updating and upgrading to the latest versions
- Possess a strong understanding of website design lay outing, header modification and address updates
