Opencart Expert Needed for Redesign & Upgrade

I am seeking an experienced Opencart professional to upgrade and redesign our e-commerce website, currently running version 2.15.7, to the latest OpenCart version.
Key Requirements:
- Designing the website with a professional and corporate aesthetic
- Integrating a clear indication that VAT is included in product prices
- Ensuring the design is mobile-friendly and optimized for various devices
- Retaining all existing products, including their descriptions, images, and categories
- Add and configure additional payment methods to provide more options for customers.
- Ensuring all payment methods are secure and fully functional.
Additional Tasks:
- Providing recommendations for suitable themes or templates, as I do not have a specific one in mind.
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with Opencart
- Strong web design skills with a focus on professional and corporate aesthetics
- Ability to provide expert recommendations on themes/templates
- Proficient in creating mobile-friendly and device-optimized designs
- Experience with UI/UX design
