I’m looking to develop an area of a new website which requires login to a 360 degree staff feedback tool.
The tool would require respondents to answer around 48 questions in 6 categories on the performance of a staff member. Responses would be on a 1-5 likart scale.
Additionally there would need to be 3 sections which give space for free form text.
The questionnaire would need to build a report which consolidated feedback from up to 15 peers/line manager/direct reports/etc. in categories.
