Online Store Re-design

We are looking to redesign my online store.
We are retailers of educational toys and resources for children between the ages of 0 - 10 years.
Our online store needs to speak to our target market.
Some of the changes that we require are (but are not limited to):
- Changing the current theme of the store.
- Re-designing the home page and category pages
- creating new categories and subcategories for the products
- designing banners
- redoing the layout of the store.
