Online and Social Media Marketing for Small Business

We are looking for a partner to help us market our small business services (IT support and VoIP based phone systems). We need someone that can help in all aspects including creating and implementing the plan. We welcome proposals that include an overview of the services to be provided along with a budget. This will potentially be a long term project.
