Ongoing website development/Design

Our business model is catered towards small businesses that need a website (typically 1-4 pages: Home, About us, Blog, and landing page). We need someone who can design independently with little back and forth and take a concept and produce a aesthetically pleasing and fully functional website. For instance if a personal trainer wants a website, the designer should be able to find a suitable theme and customize it. All content will be provided however we will need some direction in terms of the imagery. We can provide images but the developer needs to take a first stab at it. Should be responsive and look nice on all devices and the website speed should be adequate ( 1-3 second load time). The website needs to be created and designed in wordpress using elemotor and slider revolution. We are charging very low rates. Each site will be $100 - $200. For more involved website the rate will be higher.
