One page HTML, imitate a reference website with different code implementation, High-quality code

First of all, I am a full stack developer. I wish I could find a genius to build an HTML page for me. I will intergrade your HTML code with my HTML template engine to generate many HTML pages with different content. So your coding quality is very important to me. If your code quality is poor. then I need to find someone else to do it.
This task is not difficult. I want you imitating a website(reference website) ONLY a page with total difference code implementation(**COPYRIGHT issue**).

Bootstrap5
icon libs.(fontawesome or Bootstrap icon)
lazy load all the images.
dynamically load delivery zone map when it scroll it into the view.
Find a replacement to instead of google reCAPTCHA. Because my html template engine will generate HTML pages for the different web domains.
Use as few third-party libraries as possible to reduce maintainability and code complexity. If you need to use any libraries, please contact me first.
