One Page Website Build

Looking for someone to build a onepager website using WordPress, hosted on BlueHost. We have a design idea we would like, color scheme and content. Your job would be to find a similar template or create it for WordPress and build the onepager site. We want it to be WordPress so we can maintain the text and pictures as needed. The OnePager could potentially become a full website build in the future - so this is possibly ongoing work if the OnePager is done well. Picture attached is the template or build design we need.
