One Page Site

I need this project built within 2 weeks, tops. As it is more information that functionalities that could be achieved.
The project I'm looking for is a public website similarly to https://www.babysits.ca/ in terms of layout / functionalities
Concept of the project is for online and on-site psychological appointments, 1 to 1.
IMPORTANT: regardless the way you choose to build, please comment the code across so that I can review it and understand
The ask:
- One site page, sections:
> section 1: full page section with slider / video slider
> section 2 : find psycholgist / sign up as psychologist
> section 3 : transperancy + security info
> section 4 : how it works (3 steps)
> section 5 : reviews
> section 6 : footer much similar to babysits (above link)
- Additional page, outside the one page front, a page to search for psychologist like on this page, one side with faces and names and on the other side a map with a pin to each that are being displayed on the other side

- Top menu should have a login/register button
- multi language support
The technical must haves are:
- One site page, simple and elegant (similar to this https://megaone.acrothemes.com/index-consulting.html)
- UX as a priority
- You can use any front-end framework or simply HTML+CSS+jQuery (let me know)
- Responsive
- Preference for Django as backend (if other, please inform me before)
- [MANDATORY] Mock request + Mock responses (both in json) so that we can view things dynamically (for instance, search psychologist in a given area, return a mock example)
