We're Hiring: Developer to Lead the Creation of a New Streaming Platform
We’re launching a disruptive digital project in the entertainment and media space, focused on on-demand content and live streaming.
The platform will operate in an OTT (Over-The-Top) model, with ambitious plans for national and international growth.
THE CHALLENGE
We’re looking for a versatile developer who is comfortable exploring two possible development paths:
Option A: Customize and scale an existing white-label OTT platform with open-source code, deeply adapting it to meet our specific product needs (branding, feature set, monetization, user dashboards, etc.).
Option B: Build a custom streaming platform from scratch, using modern architecture and technologies — designed for scalability, content management, live video, and user interaction.
The ideal candidate will evaluate both options, provide technical guidance, and take ownership of the implementation.
IDEAL TECH PROFILE
Strong experience in full-stack or frontend/backend development (React, Vue, Flutter, etc.).
Backend skills in Node.js, Python, Laravel, or similar frameworks.
Understanding of video streaming technologies (HLS, DRM, video players) is a big plus.
Experience with content management, subscriptions, user authentication, and admin dashboards.
Able to work independently and proactively solve problems.
