Nutrition Program Generation Web Application
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
BASPOALB has created more than 20 templates (using Microsoft word) for nutrition program and also have a formula for choosing the right nutrition program based on certain information we get from our tests. Currently, we do the formula through excel and then choose the template manually and then we insert the details in the template and share it with the customer.
In this project, we would like your help to create a webapp that automates the above process. Hence, the webapp should as the user certain information first to choose the right template (similar to the excel sheet) and then asks for the details such as name/date of commencement and insert it in the right place in the template and then produces the nutrition program automatically.
There will be also choices for allergies, hence if a customer was identified for certain allergies certain options from the nutrition program must disappear from the document.
There will be a list of supplements inserted in the app and the user will have the option to insert list of supplements from the list. This should create table to be added at the end of the nutrition program document.
We should be able to add/amend any details in the webapp from the admin panel, however the user must be only able to insert the information and produce the file.
All information inserted must be saved as a table and connected to a database for report generation at any stage we want.
Finally, we should be able to have this app secured by username and password that we will create for our employees.
This app will be used only for internal purposes, it will not be used/viewed by our clients.
