Non-executive director

I'm looking to appoint a Hong Kong-based non-executive director to my software consultancy and development company. The company is registered in Hong Kong and has clients in the UK and USA, working in the insurance industry.
Because I'm not a Hong Kong resident and work remotely, I'd like to find a Hong Kong professional to help maintain the base of operations of the company in Hong Kong. Your duties would be very minimal: you would only need to co-sign company meeting minutes a few times a year, for example annual AGM minutes etc. I will still be responsible for the day-to-day running of the company, and all other duties associated with it.
You don't need any particular qualifications or experience, but I'd be especially interested to hear from people who are working in some sort of design or development field, or who have agency management or business strategy experience. I'm also happy to hear from any other trustworthy Hong Kong professional.
