New website from scratch with DIVI/Elegant Themes for Wellness Spa

We will have a web design project from scratch for a wellness spa & clinical services by next week. It has to be completed as fast as possible, latest by last week of February 2023.

There are 3 categories, meaning 3 main pages,
for wellness and spa, clinic so far I see with 9 - 12 subpages in total.
additional main pages are
About (team), a BLOG part or page to give clients information forehand,
FAQ, Contact Us and Booking Form ( plugin )
Payment gateway installed to sell their service packages,
Also cookies, GDPR, disclaimer and privacy-policy
and a chatbot. Images and a few video will be included.
Speed optimisation and Responsiveness are important too.

SEO etc. to follow as separate task/project, so site has to be ready and prepared for this extra job..

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer, who creates perfectly structured and clean website from scratch on a new hosting server incl. required plugins to make the site fast and secure, incl. SMTP etc.

We want to know the time frame you can complete such new project as well as the working hours you are usually working ( about fast communication between us ) and references/links of sites you have completed.

We will check quality of your work with external tools, like H1,H2,H3 and others for errors which need to be fixed then and be included in your service.
