New web site to build - codename "WART project"

We need to build a NEW WEB SITE to host digital art masterpieces sold as NFTs: drawings, paintings, photos.
All the digital art masterpieces will contain female figures: WART stands for Women ART.
Part of the collected revenues will form a FUND that will be spent to help WOMEN RIGHTS and the GENDER EQUALITY in the world: This initiative is aimed to support women rights in any place on Earth.
The web site will be connected to a blockchain and all transactions (buy/sell) will be completed in crypto currencies: the blockchain development is NOT part of this job post since it is taken care by another group of workers.
Only the Hrml/Css/Graphical web site is in scope in this post.
